REGINA

I decided to keep this card simple, because the paper is so lovely, I didn't want to cover too much of it up.  It is from the Hot Off The Press Painted Lace pack.  I have used a Paper Shelter digi, called Regina, and coloured her with markers.  The gem swirls are Bella! Bling and Want 2 Scrap.  The sentiment was printed directly onto the paper using the Luminari font.

PENNY'S PAPER-CRAFTY CHALLENGE #358: ANYTHING GOES

This is my first card as a member of the Design Team at Penny's Paper-Crafty Challenges, and I am honoured to be part of this great challenge, and amongst such talented designers!

Little Blue Button Stamps are sponsoring our challenge this week.  They are giving away a $10 gift voucher for their online store.

I got to use Solo Charlie on my card.  I coloured her with markers.  This stamp spoke to my heart the moment I saw her... because I'm certain I still have that dress hidden away in my cupboard from 20 years ago, and I still wear the shoes!

My papers are from the DCWV Glam Rock stack.  The guitar is a Little B dimensional sticker, and the light is a Jolee's dimensional sticker.  The gem swirls are Bella! Bling.  The little music note and treble clef are Ribtex.  They were gold, but I used Prima Metallique Wax to make them silver instead.  My flowers are Green Tara, and I've also added a ribbon and bow.

To enter the challenge, head on over to the blog, and while you're there, check out what the rest of the Design Team have created for your inspiration, and be sure to have a look through the gorgeous images at Little Blue Button!

Thanks for popping by for a look!

SEXY ELF

My husband came to raid my Christmas card stock, for a card for his friends at the local tool shop, where he spends almost as much as I spend on crafting supplies.  There was nothing quite masculine enough for his liking, and so I allowed him to look though my digis to choose something he thought would do the job.  (That's like him letting me flip though his drill bits, right?  Quite a privilege!)

Anyway, he chose this cutie from KennyK, called Sexy Elf.  He says it's because she's holding a hammer.  Mmmmm, right.... 😉  Jokes aside, I think she's perfect for the job!

I added the Christmas tree background from Super Colouring, and added the tool shop's logo to it.  The images have been coloured with markers.  My papers are from the Photo Play Mad Plaid Christmas pack (male suitable).  The sentiment is from the Dovecraft Christmas Basics range.

The Christmas stockings are Create Christmas Craft Stickers, and inside them I've placed mini tools by Darice Timeless Minis

PASSION FOR PROMARKERS CHALLENGE #423: YOUR FAVOURITE COLOURS

It's that time again!  Time for another exciting challenge at Passion for Promarkers!  And this week you are going to LOVE the prize we have up for grabs!!!  Karen has chosen your theme this week.  She wants you to showcase YOUR FAVOURITE COLOURS this week.

Lemon Shortbread are sponsoring our challenge this week, and they are offering our lucky winner 3 digi stamps of their choice!!!  These digis are so gorgeous!  If you haven't been there already, do yourself a favour, and pop over to their store for a look!

I got to use Winter Snow Muff Girl, and coloured her with ProMarkers.  I did a few highlights with gel pens.  If I have to choose an overall favourite colour, it would have to be purple.  The background has also been coloured with ProMarkers, and onto that I stamped a few snowflakes with white Distress Ink.  I also drew a few with white gel pen, and stuck on 2 little snowflake stickers.

I made a snowy frame around the image with Liquid Pearls.  The top two snowflakes are wood, painted white.  My flowers are mostly 49 and Market.

Well, that's my card using this beautiful digi.  Now over to you!  All you have to do to be eligible to win in the random draw is to use your Winsor & Newton products (formerly Letraset) and follow the theme.

Good luck!

Linda

WINTER FRIENDS

This little cutie is a Wee Stamps digi called Winter Friends, coloured with ProMarkers.  The frame around the stamp was cut using a Poppy Crafts die.  My papers are from the Wild Rose Studio Winter Bauble pack.  There's a strip of cheesecloth in there, as well as a strip of lace, a ribbon bow and pearled ribbon around the image.

The corner pearls are Bella! Bling and the flowers are all 49 and Market.  The greenery is plastic - you know those fake flowers you can get?  Yip, I bought two big bunches of fake greenery to use on my cards.  I love how firm and glossy they are!

CUTE BIKE

This stamp from The Paper Shelter has always reminded me of my sister-in-law, so I decided to use it for Amanda's birthday card.  It's called Cute Bike, and I have coloured it with ProMarkers.

My papers are all from the First Edition Mulberry Kisses pack.  The Happy Birthday message is an SC Design stamp.  The bunting, tag and bow edging were cut on the Cameo.  I used a Cheery Lynn Designs die for the leafy swirls and a Marianne Design die for the picket fence.  The pearl swirls are Bella! Bling, and the doily is KaiserCraft.  I have used an assortment of flowers.

Happy Birthday Amanda!!!😘 You are extremely precious to me, and I am SO blessed to have you in my life!

KITTY CHRISTMAS

My background paper for this card is from the First Edition Christmas Wishes pack.  I have used a pre-coloured digi from The Paper Shelter, called Christmas Decorations; and two rubber stamps from Art Impressions from the Purrr-thday Set, and the Cat Stackers set, coloured with markers.  The cat paw prints are a KaiserCraft stamp, from the Pawfect Cat set.  The sentiment was a freebie stamp, so I'm not sure who it's by.  The Christmas tree is a Silhouette image, cut on my Cameo.  The window frame was cut on the Cricut.  The Christmas stockings are Little B stickers.  I have added little round gems and star gems (Dovecraft) to the tree.
